The article describe an indetailed process of using DAVID a web based suite of tools  for annotation and visualisation of ‘omics’ data. The article also covers an example data analysed using DAVID and BiNGO, a cytoscape plugin. Since BiNGO produces a visual network of the GO based gene annotation, it provides an excellent hypthesical analysis tool of the copmplex biological processes.

At the end, author also reported similar other tools avalible for analysis, however, I think it could benefit to new starter if auther provide a short summary of when these tools can be used over DAVID and their advantage/disadvange.

Overall, though I believe this is a good summary or review of the two great tools, DAVID and BiNGO which are popular for analysing complex ‘omics’ data.
